Role Description The Sales Specialist – Client Servicing and Business Relationship role is a full-time, on-site position based in New Delhi. The role involves managing client relationships, understanding customer requirements, and presenting suitable printing and post-print solutions. Responsibilities include handling inbound and outbound sales inquiries, preparing proposals and quotations, coordinating with internal production and design teams, and ensuring timely order execution.



The specialist will follow up with clients to support repeat business, address service issues, and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction. The role also includes identifying new business opportunities, supporting sales campaigns, and participating in training sessions to stay updated on products, services, and industry trends.
