Role Description The Sales and Marketing Specialist is a full time, on-site role based in Mumbai. This position is responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities for Aurea Aviation’s charter, ground handling,



and aircraft management services, as well as maintaining and growing relationships with existing clients. Day-to-day activities include conducting market research, generating and qualifying leads, preparing proposals, and negotiating contracts in line with company guidelines. The role involves coordinating with operations teams to ensure service offerings are accurately represented, delivering sales presentations and product trainings to clients and internal stakeholders, and managing marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels. The specialist will track sales performance, prepare reports, and provide feedback to improve sales strategies and customer experience.
