Role Description This is a full-time, Business Development Executive role based in Bengaluru. The role involves identifying and developing new business opportunities in domestic and international pharmaceutical markets, with a focus on capsule sales.



The Business Development Executive will manage the entire sales cycle, including lead generation, prospecting, client meetings, proposal development, and negotiation. They will maintain and grow relationships with key accounts, coordinate with internal teams for pricing, supply, and customer support, and ensure a high level of client satisfaction. The role also includes market research, competitor analysis, and regular reporting on sales activities and performance to support strategic decision-making.
