Role Description The Resident Medical Officer is a full-time, on-site role based in Vapi, responsible for providing continuous medical care to inpatients and outpatients. Daily duties include conducting clinical examinations, diagnosing conditions, prescribing treatments, and monitoring patient progress under applicable protocols and guidelines. The role involves coordinating with consultants and other physicians, assisting in medical and minor surgical procedures, and ensuring timely documentation of clinical notes and orders. The Resident Medical Officer also participates in patient counseling,



health education, emergency care, and supports training activities for junior staff, nurses, and other healthcare team members. The position requires adherence to hospital policies, quality standards, and patient safety practices during all shifts, including nights and weekends as needed.
Qualifications

• Robust clinical knowledge and skills in Medicine, including diagnosis, treatment planning, and management of common acute and chronic conditions.
• Demonstrated commitment to high-quality Patient Care, including thorough clinical assessment, patient counseling, and empathetic, respectful communication.
• Ability to assist in and perform appropriate Surgery-related tasks under supervision, including pre-operative and post-operative patient management.
