About The Role

The Lead Engineer in the Aero-Thermal Clearances Design & Systems (ATCDS) team will play a pivotal role in executing thermal design and analysis activities for turbomachinery hardware within GE Vernova’s gas power portfolio. This position involves supporting the entire product lifecycle,



including New Product Introduction (NPI), New Technology Introduction (NTI), testing, validation, and field support. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in heat transfer, secondary flow systems, and thermal analysis, enabling them to independently manage complex projects from concept through to detailed design and review stages. The role requires strong analytical judgment, technical ownership, and the ability to collaborate effectively with global cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality outcomes. The successful candidate will also contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by leveraging Lean principles, innovative analytical techniques, and advanced digital tools to optimize thermal systems and enhance product performance.
