We are hiring: BIM Modeler - Architectural & Structural (Revit)

Experience: 2-4 years
Location: Hyderabad, Telangana
Site location: Kandukur

Converra Advisory is hiring experienced BIM Modelers for a large construction project in Hyderabad, Telangana (site location: Kandukur). If you build clean Architectural or Structural models in Revit and enjoy working to construction-level detail, we would like to hear from you.

What you will do
• Develop Architectural and Structural BIM models in Autodesk Revit up to construction-level detailing
• Extract and manage drawings, schedules, BOQs and quantities from the models
• Carry out model coordination and clash detection in Navisworks Manage
• Manage models and documents on BIM 360 / Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC)
• Follow project BIM standards, LOD requirements and quality checks




• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams and incorporate design revisions within timelines

What we are looking for
• 2-4 years of hands-on BIM modelling experience in Revit (Architecture and/or Structure)
• Working knowledge of Navisworks Manage and BIM 360 / ACC
• Experience producing construction-level models and quantity take-offs
