Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive Account Manager to be the primary liaison between Kairos and its clients. The role focuses on understanding client needs, strengthening relationships, coordinating day-to-day requirements, and ensuring Kairos consistently delivers on its commitments.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Relationship Management
· Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients.
· Build robust working relationships with key client stakeholders.
· Understand business priorities, expectations, and upcoming requirements.
· Maintain regular communication and proactively update clients on progress.
Account Coordination
· Translate client requirements into clear internal requirements for the Marketing Strategist
· Maintain account calendars, action trackers, and deliverable timelines.
· Coordinate client input, data, approvals, and dependencies.
· Ensure campaigns, reports and other agreed activities are delivered on time.
Client Nurturing
· Continuously understand changing client priorities




· Communicate project updates and results clearly so clients see the ongoing value being created.
· Identify concerns or dissatisfaction early and coordinate resolution.
· Create a proactive rather than request-driven relationship.
Reviews & Account Growth
· Organize and participate in weekly or monthly client reviews.
· Present performance updates, Campaign Plans, and recommendations with the Marketing Strategist when required.
· Track meeting action items and follow through to ensure all agreed-upon commitments are met.

· Identify opportunities for account expansion and additional service offerings to grow existing client relationships.

Required Skills & Qualifications
· Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Communications or related field
· 2–4 years of account management/client servicing experience
· Excellent verbal and written communication
· Strong coordination and project-management skills
· Ability to manage multiple clients and deadlines simu
