As we build our next phase of growth, we are looking for a Performance Marketing Executive who can take meaningful ownership of customer acquisition, growth funnels, and measurable business outcomes.
About the RoleThis is not a traditional social media management position.
You will work closely with the Founder & CEO to help build and operate Ultronix Academy's customer acquisition engine.
You will work across the complete funnel:
Campaign → Landing Page → Lead → Webinar → Qualification → Follow-up → Enrollment → Revenue
Your performance will be evaluated through qualified leads, conversion rates, acquisition efficiency, enrollments, CAC, and revenue—not simply reach, followers, impressions, or posting frequency.




Key ResponsibilitiesPerformance Marketing• Plan, launch, manage, and optimise Meta Ads campaigns.
• Build lead-generation and conversion campaigns.
• Conduct audience research and develop targeting and retargeting strategies.
• Continuously test creatives, hooks, copy, audiences, offers, and campaign structures.
• Monitor metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPM, CPL, CPA, CAC, and conversion rates.
• Identify underperforming campaigns and take data-driven optimisation decisions.

Funnel & Conversion Optimisation• Analyse the entire customer acquisition journey.
• Identify drop-offs across landing pages, registration forms, webinars, qualification, and enrollment.
• Work with the Founder and product team to improve landing pages, messaging, CTAs, and offers.
• Improve lead quality rather than focusing only on lead volume.

Webinar Growth• Help build and operate recurring webinar acquisition campaigns.
• Manage webinar registratio
