Our parent company BYB Petcare has an emerging pet-care brand focussing into pet essential products. We are in the pilot stage and are building our presence across marketplaces and quick-commerce platforms, starting with Amazon, Flipkart and Blinkit.

We are looking for a hands-on Marketplace & Quick Commerce Growth Manager who can own day-to-day channel performance, improve product visibility, drive sales and establish profitable growth systems.

Key responsibilities• Manage marketplace operations and growth across Amazon, Flipkart and Blinkit.
• Own product listings, catalogue quality, keywords, pricing, offers and promotions.
• Plan, execute and optimize marketplace advertising campaigns.
• Track daily sales, advertising spend, ROAS, conversion, returns and SKU-level profitability.
• Monitor inventory, stock availability, replenishment and listing health.
• Identify high-potential SKUs and recommend product, pricing and channel strategies.
• Coordinate with platform account managers, logistics, inventory and creative teams.




• Build weekly and monthly performance reports with clear actions and recommendations.

What we are looking for• 2–5 years of relevant marketplace or e-commerce experience.
• Practical experience with Amazon Seller Central and marketplace advertising.
• Hands-on exposure to Blinkit or another quick-commerce platform.
• Solid analytical skills and proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets.
• Understanding of advertising efficiency, contribution margins, pricing and promotions.
• Ownership mindset and willingness to execute in a lean, early-stage business.

First 90-day objectiveEstablish reliable channel reporting, improve existing marketplace performance, launch or strengthen priority channels, and deliver a data-backed plan for postive growth.

Important: This is an execution and business-ownership role, not just an account-coordination or digital marketing position.
