Company: Spinacho (Nutriwave Spinacho Foods Private Limited)
Location: Pune, Maharashtra, India
Role: Co-Founder | Early-Stage Startup

About Spinacho
Spinacho is an early-stage food platform based in Pune, bringing together carefully selected food options, restaurant partners, and customers looking for quality and consistency in their everyday food choices.
We're building a distinctive platform with a focus on product curation, customer experience, and brand building. We approach the business with a solid interest in consumer behaviour and understanding how better product experiences can influence everyday choices.
As we grow, we're exploring opportunities to develop our own products and expand what Spinacho can offer.
We're at an early stage, which means there's significant scope to shape the business, experiment with ideas, and build systems from the ground up. We're looking for a co-founder who wants to take ownership, contribute to key business decisions, and work closely with the founder to build Spinacho's future.

About the Role

We're looking for a co-founder with a background or strong interest in management, business strategy, and entrepreneurship who wants to help build a startup from the ground up.
You'll work closely with the founder on business development, operations, partnerships, growth, and strategic decision-making. This role is suited to someone who enjoys solving problems, taking responsibility, and turning ideas into action.
We're looking for someone who wants to contribute to building the business, rather than simply work on assigned tasks.

• Business Development: Build relationships with restaurant partners, fitness clubs, sports communities, and other potential partners.
