Role Description:
The Accounts Executive at TISQ Health is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram. The role involves managing day-to-day accounting operations, including recording and reconciling financial transactions, maintaining ledgers, and ensuring timely invoicing and collections. The Accounts Executive will prepare and review financial reports, assist with budgeting and expense tracking, and support internal and external audits. This position also includes coordinating with cross-functional teams, responding to vendor and client queries, and ensuring compliance with relevant accounting standards and company policies. The role requires attention to detail, strong organizational skills,



and a commitment to maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records.

Qualifications
• Strong foundation in accounting principles, including ledger maintenance, reconciliation, and financial reporting.
• Experience with accounting software and ERP tools, and proficiency in MS Excel and other spreadsheet applications.
• Knowledge of taxation, invoicing, billing procedures, and compliance with relevant financial regulations.
• Excellent numerical aptitude, analytical skills, and attention to detail for managing high-volume transactions.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills for working with internal teams, vendors, and clients.
• Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field; professional certifications (e.g., CA/CPA/CMA intermediate level) are an advantage.
• Prior experience in a healthcare or services
