Role Description This is a full-time, in office Account Manager role based in the Greater Bengaluru Area. The Account Manager will oversee a portfolio of client accounts, acting as the primary point of contact for service delivery, issue resolution, and ongoing relationship management. Daily responsibilities include coordinating security and ancillary services, ensuring contract compliance, monitoring service performance, and preparing regular reports and updates for clients and internal stakeholders.



The role involves collaborating with operations teams to align staffing and resources, identifying opportunities to improve service quality, and supporting proposals or renewals. The Account Manager will also contribute to business growth by understanding client needs, recommending appropriate solutions, and maintaining a high level of client satisfaction.
