German Flight Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries related to flight bookings, fares, schedules, and travel requirements.
• Communicate with German-speaking customers through calls, emails, and other channels.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable flight options.
• Handle flight reservations, cancellations, changes, and related queries.
• Convert inquiries into confirmed bookings and achieve assigned sales targets.
• Provide accurate information regarding fares, baggage, policies, and travel details.
• Maintain good customer relationships and ensure a smooth booking experience.




• Follow up with potential customers and work towards improving sales conversions.

Requirements

• Valuable communication skills in German and English .
• Knowledge of international flight booking and travel processes.
• Previous experience in flight sales, travel sales, airline, or travel agency will be preferred.
• Strong sales and convincing skills.
• Comfortable working with sales targets and follow-ups.
• Basic knowledge of GDS/flight booking systems such as Amadeus, Sabre, or Galileo is an advantage.
• Candidates should have good knowledge of international markets and travel destinations .
