Kathputlee Arts & Films has been making feature films, brand films and branded content since 2007. Our maiden production, Mog Asum, recently won the National Award for Best Konkani Film. Our Rajasthani sports film has won 40+ international festival awards, releasing soon …
The work is strong. Our online presence isn't. We're onboarding one person to change that.

What you'll do
· Build and grow two channels: The Sharad Mittal (the founder's voice: film reviews, conversations, a filmmaker's perspective) and Kathputlee Originals (our films and projects).
· Set the content strategy across YouTube, LinkedIn and Instagram, and turn our archive of festival footage, film reviews, red-carpet and audience moments into a steady flow of content.
· Plan release content for our upcoming films.
· Get the Kathputlee and Sharad Mittal websites live and working for us.




· Build visibility with festivals, media, international co-production partners and investors, including light PR and networking.
· Brief and guide our editors and production team. This is a strategy role, not an editing or shooting role.
· Track what's working, measured in inquiries and opportunities, not just reach.

You must have
· A background in media, film, YouTube or digital content.
· Proven growth of an account, your own or a client's, on at least two of LinkedIn, Instagram and YouTube, with before-and-after numbers.
· A clear answer to this: what did that growth produce for the person or business?
· Solid writing and communication skills.
· A genuine love for cinema.
