Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Presales Executive focused on booking demo sessions. The role involves identifying and qualifying prospective learners or institutional clients, generating leads through various online and offline channels, and reaching out via calls, emails, and messaging platforms to schedule product demonstrations. The Presales Executive will provide clear information about Fantastiqo’s programs and digital offerings,



address initial inquiries, and ensure a smooth transition of qualified leads to the sales team. Daily responsibilities include maintaining accurate records in CRM tools, tracking outreach and demo bookings, following up with interested prospects, and collaborating closely with sales and marketing to refine messaging and improve conversion rates. The role also requires maintaining a customer-centric approach, meeting activity and demo-booking targets, and contributing feedback to enhance the overall presales process.

• Solid lead generation skills with experience in identifying, qualifying, and nurturing prospects.
