About Crafting Memories

Crafting Memories is a growing brand dedicated to preserving life's most precious moments through handcrafted 3D impressions and personalized keepsakes.
We are looking for a creative, hands-on, and result-oriented Social Media Manager who can independently manage social media, create engaging content, shoot and edit reels, execute influencer collaborations, and drive measurable brand growth.

Key Roles & Responsibilities• Social Media Strategy: Plan and execute strategies across Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
• Content Planning & Execution: Independently manage content calendars, reels, stories, posts, and campaigns.
• Reels Shooting & Editing: Conceptualize, script, shoot, and perform basic editing of reels and short-form videos.
• Creative Direction: Take end-to-end ownership of content creation and coordinate with designers or editors when required.




• Influencer Marketing: Identify, approach, negotiate, and execute influencer collaborations, barter partnerships, and UGC campaigns.
• Organic Growth: Drive follower growth, reach, engagement, and brand visibility through creative content strategies.
• Community Management: Manage comments, DMs, mentions, and audience engagement.
• Campaign Management: Plan and execute product launches, festive promotions, and brand campaigns.
• Performance Analysis: Track KPIs, prepare weekly/monthly reports, and optimize social media performance.
• Competitor Research & Brand Consistency: Monitor trends and competitors while maintaining consistent brand messaging and visual identity.

The candidate will be responsible for end-to-end execution of all assigned social media activities, from ideation and production to publishing and performance tracking.
