We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented GM – Service to lead service operations for our Honda 2-Wheeler dealership network, covering Honda Red Wing and BigWing.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead overall service operations, workshop performance, and customer satisfaction.
• Drive service revenue, productivity, profitability, and customer retention.
• Ensure high standards of service quality, turnaround time, and customer experience.
• Manage and develop service teams, service advisors, and workshop staff.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement process improvements.
• Ensure compliance with Honda standards, policies, and operational guidelines.

Ideal Candidate: Proven experience in 2-wheeler service management, solid leadership skills, business acumen, and a customer-first approach.
