WillJini is a $3.5M valued legal-tech startup, which has helped 20,000+ families across 480+ cities and 32 countries plan and pass on their wealth through Wills, trusts, and inheritance assistance. Our partner network includes 3,000+ mutual fund distributors, IFAs, and wealth managers who offer estate planning to their clients through us.

The Role
We meet hundreds of wealth managers and financial advisors at industry events and exhibitions. Your job is to turn those conversations into active WillJini partners. You’ll work directly with the founding team and own the process from first follow-up to a partner’s first client referral.

What You’ll Do
• Reach out to wealth managers, MFDs, and IFAs met at events by phone, WhatsApp, email, and LinkedIn
• Pitch the WillJini partner program, explain how estate planning adds value to their client relationships, and handle objections
• Run short discovery and demo calls, and get partners through registration and onboarding
• Help new partners get started with our partner dashboard, marketing collateral,



and education content like WillJini Wednesdays
• Follow up consistently until each partner submits their first lead
• Keep every interaction updated in our CRM and track your conversion numbers
• Share feedback from the field to help improve our pitch, collateral, and partner experience

Who We’re Looking For
• A final-year student or recent graduate in BBA/BMS, B.Com, MBA, Law, or Finance
• Confident and transparent in English and Hindi. Other languages are a plus.
• Comfortable making phone calls to strangers and following up without getting discouraged
• Organised, with the discipline to track a pipeline and follow through
• Some interest in personal finance, mutual funds, or wealth management (NISM certification is a bonus, not a requirement)
• Familiarity with CRMs, Google Sheets, or WhatsApp Business is helpful
