We are looking for a well-educated, articulate, and experienced Guest Relations Executive (GRE) to join our team and contribute to delivering an exceptional hospitality experience.

In premium hospitality, guest relations is far more than welcoming guests. It is about creating the right first impression, understanding guest expectations, anticipating their needs, and ensuring that every guest feels valued throughout their visit.

Key Responsibilities

* Welcome guests warmly and professionally, ensuring a memorable first impression.
* Manage guest reservations, seating arrangements, and special requests efficiently.
* Maintain strong communication and coordination with the service, kitchen, and management teams.
* Handle guest feedback, complaints, and concerns with tact, confidence, and professionalism.
* Build positive relationships with regular guests and ensure personalised service.
* Maintain high standards of grooming, etiquette, communication, and qualified conduct.




* Assist in managing guest flow during busy service periods and special events.
* Uphold the establishment’s standards of hospitality, discretion, and guest satisfaction.

Our Ideal Candidate

* A graduate in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, or a related field is preferred.
* Prior experience in premium restaurants, luxury hotels, fine dining, or upscale hospitality is highly desirable.
* Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi; additional languages are an advantage.
* Well-groomed, confident, presentable, and possessing excellent interpersonal skills.
* Strong problem-solving abilities, emotional intelligence, and a guest-first mindset.
* Familiarity with reservation systems, guest handling, and hospitality service standards.
* A professional attitude, attention to detail, and the ability to remain composed under pressure.
