Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist:
In this role you will be responsible for working closely with hiring managers and HR Business Partners (HRBPs) to effectively execute sourcing and hiring strategies. You will play a key role in driving end-to-end recruitment processes and supporting broader talent initiatives.

Your job:
• Actively source, build, and maintain a network of potential candidates through proactive searches across various channels, including Naukri, LinkedIn, internal career portals, employee referrals, headhunting, and other social platforms
• Own and manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, including job postings, shortlisting, and screening candidates based on job requirements, as well as coordinating the entire interview process with hiring teams and stakeholders
• Organize large-scale recruitment drives
• Ensure the quality and consistency of the Talent Acquisition process,



including KPIs (lead time, quality of profiles, offer conversions) and SLAs
• Maintain data quality to enable data-driven insights for decision-making and recruitment strategies
• Initiate and implement process improvements
• Support the planning and execution of employer branding campaigns across various platforms

Our requirement:
• Bachelor’s degree with 5–7 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, preferably with prior experience in a recruitment agency
• Experience in recruiting for engineering, sales, software, and manufacturing roles
• Fluency in English with exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• A positive, can-do attitude with solid work ethics
