Role Description The Bar Manager is a full-time, on-site role located in Delhi/ NCR, responsible for overseeing daily bar operations and ensuring an excellent guest experience. This role includes managing bar staff schedules, supervising service quality, and maintaining a clean, safe, and well-organized bar area. The Bar Manager will monitor inventory, place orders for beverages and bar supplies, and ensure compliance with company policies and local regulations.



Daily tasks include training and coaching team members, supporting sales initiatives, handling guest inquiries or concerns, and collaborating with the restaurant management team to create promotions and improve overall performance. The Bar Manager is expected to lead by example, uphold brand standards, and contribute to a positive work setting.
Qualifications
• Strong customer service skills, with the ability to create welcoming and engaging guest experiences.
• Experience in food & beverage operations, including bar management, menu knowledge, and basic mixology.
• Effective communication skills for interacting with guests, team members, and management.
