Role Description The Store Manager role at Tea Post is a full-time, on-site position based in Ahmedabad. The Store Manager oversees daily café operations, including opening and closing procedures, staff scheduling, and ensuring compliance with company standards. Responsibilities include supervising team members, guiding them in delivering high-quality customer service, monitoring product quality, and maintaining hygiene and safety standards. The role requires managing inventory, coordinating with suppliers,



and implementing basic retail loss prevention practices. The Store Manager also handles customer feedback, supports local marketing initiatives, tracks store performance metrics, and reports operational and sales data to company leadership.
