Role Description
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Behaviour Therapist[Full Time} & Occupational Therapist to provide Centre Therapy sessions for children with developmental, behavioural, and social challenges. The location is based in PCMC , Bhosari , Moshi wakad Pune. The role involves working closely with families to create supportive environments that nurture growth and confidence.

key Responsibility
• Conduct one-on-one home visit therapy sessions for children.




• Implement behavioural intervention plans tailored to each child’s needs.
• Teach strategies to improve focus, emotional regulation, and social skills.
• Work collaboratively with parents, providing guidance and progress updates.
• Maintain detailed session notes and track progress over time.
• Participate in training, supervision, and review sessions with the clinical team.

Qualifications
✅ Bachelor’s/Master’s in Psychology, Special Education, Child Development, or related field.
✅ Prior experience in Behaviour Therapy, ABA, or working with children preferred.
✅ Strong communication, patience, and empathy.
✅ Ability to travel for home visits in Bhosari, Pimpri Chinchwad, Moshi, Wakad Pune.
✅ Passionate about working with children and supporting families.
