About the Role
As the Brand Communication Designer you will lead the development of compelling, brand-aligned creative solutions for Frameo, and setting elevated design standards while furthering core business priorities. As part of this role, you will also be working closely with the tech,



growth and sales verticals.

Your Profile
• Strong range across brand identity, presentation decks, print and event collateral (brochures, business cards, stall graphics and signage), websites and landing pages, social media and digital ads.
• Experience building or evolving a brand identity system, and keeping it consistent across every format.
• Skilled at turning a brief into a clear idea, then carrying it across formats and sizes, from a single slide to a large-format standee.
• Comfortable owning work end to end, from first concept to print-ready files and developer hand-off.
• Works closely with marketing, sales and the founders, and takes feedback without losing the idea.
• Curious about design, film and AI, and quick to bring what's new into the work.
• Organised enough to run several projects at once and still deliver on time.
