Role Description The Event Conceptualiser will be responsible for developing original event concepts and experiential narratives that align with client objectives and brand strategies. This is a full-time, in office role based in Mumbai, involving close collaboration with design, production, and marketing teams to shape event themes, audience journeys, and touchpoints.



Day-to-day tasks include brainstorming and pitching concepts, creating concept decks, coordinating with clients to refine briefs, and working with event planning teams to ensure seamless execution. The role also involves researching trends in events and experience design, supporting event marketing initiatives, and providing creative input on content and activations. The Event Conceptualiser will participate in client meetings, manage timelines for concept development, and support on-site reviews to ensure the event experience matches the original vision.
