Customer Support Associate (CSA) – EVE Healthcare
Location: Sector 65, Gurugram
Salary: ₹20,000/month (in-hand)
Work Mode: Full-time, In office
Working Days: Monday–Saturday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Key Responsibilities
Handle patient calls and WhatsApp enquiries.
Book diagnostic appointments and coordinate with diagnostic centres.
Follow up with patients and assist them throughout the booking process.
Required Skills
Freshers only, aged 18–29 years.
Good Hindi communication; basic English preferred.
Basic computer and WhatsApp knowledge.
Polite, confident, and eager to learn.
