Job Overview

BoC – Burger or Chai is looking for a proactive and result-oriented Franchise Operations Executive to manage franchise operations, coordinate new store setups, and ensure smooth functioning of outlets across our growing franchise network.

The candidate will be responsible for supporting franchise partners from the initial store setup stage through launch and ongoing operations, ensuring adherence to brand standards and SOPs.

Key Responsibilities

1. Store Setup & New Outlet Launch

- Coordinate end-to-end store setup activities, from site finalization to store launch.
- Coordinate with franchise partners, contractors, vendors, and internal teams for civil work, interiors, equipment installation, signage, and other setup requirements.
- Track project timelines, budgets, and setup milestones to ensure timely completion.
- Ensure all equipment, inventory, branding materials, and operational requirements are ready before launch.
- Coordinate pre-opening activities, staff hiring, training, and launch preparations.

2. Franchise Operations Management

- Monitor day-to-day operations across franchise outlets.
- Ensure compliance with company SOPs, food quality, hygiene, and customer service standards.
- Conduct regular outlet visits, operational audits, and performance reviews.
- Identify operational challenges and coordinate with franchise partners to resolve them.
- Monitor sales, inventory, wastage, and overall outlet performance.

3. Franchise Partner Support

- Act as the primary point of contact for franchise partners regarding operational matters.




- Provide guidance on operational processes, staff management, inventory planning, and customer experience.
- Coordinate with internal teams for procurement, marketing, training, and operational support.
- Maintain strong relationships with franchise partners and ensure consistent brand execution.

4. Reporting & Process Improvement

- Prepare regular reports on store setup progress and outlet performance.
- Track operational KPIs, pending tasks, and corrective actions.
- Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and reduce wastage.
- Ensure timely documentation and reporting for all franchise activities.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 1–3 years of experience in QSR, F&B;, retail, franchise operations, or store management.
- Experience in store setup, new outlet launches, or project coordination will be an advantage.
- Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Positive vendor management and team coordination abilities.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, reporting, and operational documentation.
- Willingness to travel for store visits and new outlet launches.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

What We’re Looking For

A hands-on professional who can manage both new store setup and ongoing franchise operations, work closely with franchise partners, and contribute to BoC's rapid expansion.
