Prints by Radhika is looking for a responsible and organised Production Merchandiser to manage day-to-day production activities, coordinate with staff, and ensure smooth workflow across the production department.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage daily production activities and ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Coordinate with staff and understand their daily requirements.
- Allocate work, monitor progress, and ensure productive utilisation of resources.
- Coordinate with design, sampling, and production teams.
- Follow up on materials, fabrics, trims, embroidery, and other production requirements.
- Track production timelines, maintain records, and resolve day-to-day operational issues.
- Ensure quality standards and timely order execution.




- Supervise staff and maintain smooth coordination across the department.

Requirements:

- Prior experience in production merchandising or garment production.
- Strong team management and coordination skills.
- Good organisational and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
