Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Core Salesforce Solution Architect to lead end-to-end architecture and technical solution design for enterprise Salesforce implementations and transformation programs. The ideal candidate will combine robust Salesforce platform expertise with enterprise architecture, integration design, security governance, and customer-facing consulting experience.

You will work closely with business stakeholders, enterprise architects, developers, and delivery teams to translate business requirements into scalable, secure, and maintainable Salesforce solutions.

Key ResponsibilitiesArchitecture and Solution Design

- Lead end-to-end Salesforce solution architecture for enterprise implementations, modernization, and transformation initiatives.
- Define scalable and secure architecture across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Salesforce Platform.
- Develop solution blueprints, technical design documents, data models, integration strategies, and architecture roadmaps.
- Evaluate architectural options and recommend solutions that meet business requirements, enterprise standards, performance expectations, and scalability needs.
- Conduct architecture reviews and identify opportunities to improve platform performance, maintainability, and technical quality.

Technical Leadership and Governance

- Provide architectural direction, technical leadership, and mentorship to Salesforce developers and technical leads.
- Review solution designs, Apex code, Lightning Web Components,



automation, and implementation approaches.
- Establish standards for coding, deployment, security, integration, and Salesforce platform governance.
- Drive adoption of Salesforce Well-Architected principles and platform best practices.
- Guide teams on appropriate use of declarative automation, custom development, and platform capabilities.

Integration and Enterprise Architecture

- Design integration architectures connecting Salesforce with enterprise applications, middleware, and third-party systems.
- Define appropriate integration patterns using REST/SOAP APIs, Platform Events, event-driven architecture, MuleSoft, and ETL tools.
- Establish strategies for data synchronization, error handling, monitoring, scalability, and integration reliability.
- Ensure consistent data flow and interoperability across Salesforce and external platforms.

Security, Data, and Performance

- Define Salesforce security architecture covering profiles, permission sets, role hierarchy, sharing rules, and record-level access.
- Lead data modeling, migration planning, data quality, and data governance initiatives.
- Ensure solutions meet enterprise security, compliance, and data protection requirements.
- Identify and address performance bottlenecks, governor-limit constraints, and scalability risks.

Stakeholder Management and Delivery





- Collaborate with business and technology stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical architecture.
- Present architectural recommendations, risks, design alternatives, and trade-offs to clients and senior leadership.
- Support estimation, technical planning, delivery roadmaps, risk management, and release governance.
- Guide teams through development, testing, deployment, production support, and continuous improvement.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies, sprint reviews, design discussions, and architecture governance forums.

Required Skills and Qualifications

- 10+ years of overall IT experience, including at least 7+ years in the Salesforce ecosystem.
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Salesforce Solution Architect, Technical Architect, or Lead Architect.
- Strong architecture and implementation experience across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Salesforce Platform.
- Hands-on technical understanding of Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Visualforce.
- Expertise in Salesforce security, sharing models, Flow, automation frameworks, data modeling, and data migration.
- Strong understanding of REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, Platform Events, and event-driven integration patterns.
- Experience with CI/CD and DevOps practices using Git, GitHub, Azure DevOps, Jenkins, or equivalent tools.
- Strong knowledge of enterprise, application, integration, and data architecture.
- Experience leading large-scale Salesforce implementations or transformation programs.
- Excellent customer-facing consulting, stakeholder management, and technical decision-making skills.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
