Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced US IT C2C Recruiter / Bench Sales Recruiter with 2–3+ years of hands-on experience in US IT staffing, C2C recruitment, consultant marketing, and vendor management.

The candidate must have an established network of US IT recruiters/vendors and strong vendor relationships. This is a mandatory requirement.

The ideal candidate should be highly communicative, confident in speaking with US recruiters and vendors, and comfortable handling negotiations, submissions, follow-ups, and consultant marketing independently.

Key Responsibilities

- Market IT consultants for C2C, Contract, and Full-Time opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with US IT vendors, recruiters, clients, and implementation partners.
- Utilize an existing vendor/recruiter network to generate opportunities and placements.
- Handle consultant marketing and submissions across various job portals and recruitment platforms.
- Identify suitable requirements and match consultants based on skills, experience, location, rate, and work authorization.
- Negotiate rates and coordinate C2C requirements with vendors/recruiters.
- Manage submissions, interview scheduling, follow-ups, feedback, and placements.
- Maintain and update consultant profiles, availability, rates, skills, and documentation.
- Handle multiple consultants and requirements simultaneously.
- Track daily submissions, interviews, follow-ups, and placement activities.
- Meet daily/weekly submission and placement targets.
- Maintain professional communication with vendors and recruiters throughout the recruitment cycle.





Required Skills & Qualifications

- 2–3+ years of experience in US IT Bench Sales / C2C Recruitment / IT Staffing.
- Mandatory: Strong existing network and relationships with US IT vendors/recruiters.
- Hands-on experience with C2C staffing and consultant marketing.
- 2–3+ years of experience using job portals, recruiting platforms, LinkedIn, and other sourcing/marketing channels.
- Strong understanding of the US IT staffing and recruitment process.
- Good knowledge of US work authorization/visa types, C2C, W2, and contract hiring.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Robust speaking skills and confidence in communicating with US recruiters, vendors, and clients.
- Strong negotiation, follow-up, and relationship-management skills.
- Ability to work independently in a target-driven environment.
- Ability to work the 6:30 PM – 3:30 AM IST night shift.

We are specifically looking for someone who:

- Has an active vendor/recruiter network.
- Can leverage existing relationships to generate consultant opportunities.
- Is confident making calls and communicating with US recruiters.
- Has strong knowledge of the US IT market.
- Has a proven track record in consultant marketing and placements.
- Can independently manage the complete bench sales/C2C recruitment cycle.
