Key Responsibilities:

- Design, build, and maintain production-grade services and applications that use AI agents, large language models, retrieval pipelines and external tool integrations.
- Develop and enhance mobile application experiences that embed AI agentic capabilities, conversational workflows and secure integrations with backend services.
- Translate product and solution requirements into maintainable code, service interfaces, workflow orchestration and deployable components.
- Implement guardrails, prompt strategies, memory patterns, context handling and fallback paths to improve agent accuracy, traceability and safety.
- Integrate agentic workflows with enterprise systems, APIs, data stores, event pipelines and identity controls.
- Own engineering quality through unit testing, integration testing, evaluation harnesses, performance tuning and production defect resolution.
- Instrument services with logging, metrics, tracing, and alerting to support runtime visibility and rapid diagnosis of agent behavior.
- Contribute to reusable engineering patterns, component libraries and operational playbooks for AI-enabled software delivery.




- Collaborate with architects and cross-functional stakeholders to refine technical approaches, manage delivery risks and improve scalability.

Required Qualifications:

- 5+ years of software engineering experience delivering backend, platform or full-stack systems in production environments.
- Practical experience building or supporting mobile applications using modern frameworks and mobile delivery practices.
- Solid proficiency in at least one modern programming language such as Python, TypeScript/Javascript/JQuery.
- Experience building distributed services, APIs, integrations and data-driven applications with sound engineering practices.
- Demonstrated ability to debug complex systems, improve reliability and ship features with strong ownership.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience working with LLM application frameworks, agent orchestration libraries, vector databases, or retrieval-augmented generation patterns.
- Experience delivering AI-enabled mobile features such as conversational UX, contextual assistance, or workflow automation in iOS, Android, or cross-platform apps.
- Exposure to CI/CD, cloud-native deployments, infrastructure automation and secure software delivery workflows.
- Familiarity with evaluation methods for AI systems, including offline test sets, quality scoring and failure analysis.
- Experience in regulated or enterprise environments where auditability, safety and operational discipline are important.

AI Agentic Competencies:

- Builds AI agents with explicit reasoning boundaries, measurable outputs and safe operational behavior.
- Balances model capability with deterministic software controls to achieve consistent business outcomes.
- Understands when to apply agent autonomy versus workflow constraints, human review or rule-based decisioning.
- Improves agent quality through prompt iteration, tool contract design, telemetry review and systematic failure analysis.
