This is not an entry-level position. We need an experienced, confident leader to run our overnight operations, direct the night team and keep the day team on track.

Location: Candidates based in Hoshiarpur, or willing to relocate there, are preferred. You will work from home at first; the operations team will then move to our Hoshiarpur office.

What you'll do

- Reply to client messages on WhatsApp and escalate questions to the team lead
- Onboard new clients: create groups, share checklists and portal links
- Log tasks, track IRCC requests and deadlines, and hand over to the next shift
- Follow up on payments, submission confirmations and authorization letters

What you bring

- 3+ years of experience in operations, team supervision or client service
- Robust leadership: you direct a team, hold people accountable and make decisions on your own
- Available for overnight shifts
- Clear, confident written English
- Organized and comfortable with WhatsApp, email and Excel
- Asset: Canadian immigration experience
