About the Role:

Ascent Urban Recyclers is looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Showroom Sales Executive to join our team in Erode. The ideal candidate should have an interest in laptop, desktop, and refurbished computer sales, along with strong communication and customer-handling skills.

Candidates with a sales background and a willingness to learn about computer hardware and refurbished products are also encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

Attend to and assist customers visiting the showroom.

Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable laptops, desktops, and refurbished devices.

Explain product specifications, features, pricing, warranty, and other details clearly to customers.

Demonstrate products and help customers make informed purchase decisions.

Convince and negotiate with customers professionally to close sales.

Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

Follow up with potential customers and convert enquiries into sales.

Maintain good relationships with existing and new customers.

Stay updated on laptop, desktop,



computer hardware, and refurbished product specifications.

Maintain showroom presentation and ensure products are properly displayed.

Coordinate with the team regarding product availability, pricing, and customer requirements.

Requirements:

Minimum of 1 year of experience in sales, preferably showroom, electronics, laptop, desktop, or computer sales.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Basic to good knowledge of laptops, desktops, computer hardware, and technical specifications.

Strong customer-convincing and negotiation skills.

Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Ability to understand customer needs and recommend the right product.

Target-oriented and self-motivated.
