Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated, confident, and customer-oriented Property Consultant to join our real estate team. The candidate will be responsible for assisting clients in buying, selling, and renting residential and commercial properties, generating leads, conducting property site visits, and closing successful deals while maintaining excellent client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and generate potential leads through calls, online platforms, networking, and referrals.
- Understand clients’ property requirements, budgets, and investment goals.
- Recommend suitable residential and commercial properties to clients.
- Arrange and conduct property site visits and project presentations.
- Explain property features, pricing, payment plans, and available offers.
- Negotiate prices and terms between buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants.




- Follow up with prospective clients and convert leads into successful transactions.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients, developers, channel partners, and property owners.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth
- Freshers and experienced candidates may apply.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of real estate sales and property documentation is an advantage.
- Ability to work towards sales targets and handle client interactions professionally.
- Proficiency in Hindi and English; additional local languages are an advantage.
