Key Responsibilities

Teach English in accordance with the CBSE curriculum and school academic standards.

Prepare lesson plans, worksheets, assignments, and engaging classroom activities.

Develop students’ grammar, vocabulary, reading, writing, and comprehension skills.

Improve students’ spoken English, communication, and presentation skills.

Conduct regular tests, assessments, and remedial classes to support student learning.

Monitor students’ academic progress and provide constructive feedback.

Use interactive and innovative teaching methods to make learning effective and engaging.

Maintain classroom discipline and create a positive learning environment.

Participate in staff meetings, school events, academic workshops, and other institutional activities.

Maintain academic records and communicate with parents regarding students’ progress when required.

Eligibility Criteria





Postgraduate Degree in English is mandatory.

B.Ed. qualification is mandatory.

Prior teaching experience in a reputed CBSE or International School is required.

Strong knowledge of English grammar, literature, and language-teaching methodologies.

Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.

Ability to manage classrooms effectively and engage students in the learning process.

Passion for teaching, student development, and academic excellence.

Relocation Requirements

The position is based at Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu.

Candidates from all over India who meet the eligibility criteria are welcome to apply.

Applicants must be willing to relocate to Coimbatore for this full-time position.

Candidates should be comfortable relocating and working in Coimbatore.

Relocation willingness and joining availability will be discussed during the interview.

Long-Term Commitment

We are looking for candidates who are genuinely interested in building a long-term career with our school. Selected candidates are expected to commit to working with the school for a minimum period of 3 years.

Salary & Employment Details

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹40,000 per month
