About the Role

Favia International is looking for an Inside Sales & Procurement Executive to join our Calicut office.

This is an entry-level position and no previous work experience is required. We are looking for someone with excellent English communication skills, confidence, attention to detail and a solid willingness to learn.

The role involves communicating with international customers and suppliers, handling enquiries, sourcing products, preparing quotations and following up on orders.

Key Responsibilities

● Communicate with international customers and suppliers by phone and email.

● Make international business calls confidently and professionally.

● Handle and follow up on customer enquiries.

● Contact suppliers for pricing, availability and product information.

● Assist with sourcing and procurement activities.

● Prepare quotations and related documentation.

● Follow up with customers and suppliers on pending enquiries and orders.

● Maintain accurate records of enquiries, quotations and orders.

● Learn and use Quantum Control software for day-to-day activities. Full training will be provided.

Essential Requirements

● Excellent spoken and written English is mandatory.





● Must be confident and comfortable making international business calls.

● Strong professional email-writing skills.

● Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn new software.

● Good attention to detail and organisational skills.

● Willingness to learn and take responsibility for assigned tasks.

Location

This is a full-time, office-based position in Calicut (Kozhikode).

Preference will be given to candidates who are currently based in Calicut/Kozhikode.

Experience & Education

● No previous work experience required.

● Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

● Any graduate degree is acceptable.

● Candidates will be assessed primarily on English communication skills, aptitude and willingness to learn.

Selection Process

All stages of screening and interviews will be conducted entirely in English.

Applicants should be comfortable communicating professionally in English, both verbally and in writing.

Training

Full training will be provided, including training on Quantum Control software and Favia International's internal sales and procurement processes.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
