Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Tractor Driver to operate tractors safely at construction project sites. The candidate will be responsible for transporting construction materials, supporting site operations, and ensuring proper maintenance of the vehicle.

Key Responsibilities

- Operate tractors safely for transportation of construction materials, soil, aggregates, tools, and other site requirements.
- Drive tractors with trailers and other permitted attachments as required at project sites.
- Follow instructions from the Site In-Charge, Project Manager, and site supervisors.
- Conduct daily vehicle inspections and check fuel, engine oil, coolant, tyres, brakes, and other essential components.
- Maintain the cleanliness and proper upkeep of the tractor.
- Report mechanical faults, breakdowns, accidents, or safety concerns immediately to the reporting officer.
- Maintain daily vehicle logbooks, fuel records, and trip details.




- Follow all traffic rules, site safety procedures, and company policies.
- Ensure safe loading, transportation, and unloading of materials.
- Perform other related duties assigned by the reporting officer.

Eligibility Criteria

- Minimum 2–5 years of experience in tractor driving, preferably in construction or infrastructure projects.
- Valid driving licence applicable to the vehicle being operated, as required under applicable rules.
- Knowledge of tractor operation, basic vehicle maintenance, and road safety.
- Ability to work at construction project sites and follow site instructions.
- Physically fit, punctual, disciplined, and safety-conscious.
- Candidates with experience in highway, road construction, or infrastructure projects will be preferred.
