# Job Summary

We are looking for a **Business Analyst with 0–1 year of experience** who has excellent English communication skills, strong analytical thinking, and a genuine interest in understanding how businesses, products, and customers work.

The ideal candidate should be proactive, curious, and comfortable asking the right questions, analyzing requirements, documenting processes, and working closely with development, management, and business teams.

This role is ideal for someone who wants to build a career in **Business Analysis, Product Management, Travel Technology, and Business Growth.**

# Key Responsibilities

- Understand business requirements, customer needs, and operational challenges.

- Communicate with internal teams and stakeholders to gather and clarify requirements.

- Convert business requirements into clear and structured **BRDs, FRDs, user stories, workflows, and process documents**.

- Analyze existing business processes and identify areas for improvement.

- Work closely with developers, designers, QA, and management to ensure requirements are correctly implemented.

- Participate in product discussions, feature planning, and requirement prioritization.

- Perform market and competitor research to identify new opportunities.

- Analyze customer feedback and identify opportunities to improve the product and customer experience.





- Think from both **business and customer perspectives** while evaluating new features and processes.

- Support management in identifying opportunities for **business growth, automation, revenue improvement, and operational efficiency**.

- Track requirements, issues, dependencies, and project progress.

- Prepare reports, presentations, process flows, and business documentation when required.

- Participate in testing and validate whether developed features meet the original business requirements.

- Proactively suggest recent ideas, features, and improvements that can contribute to Destinoway's growth.

# What We Are Looking For

- **0–1 year of experience** in Business Analysis, Product, Operations, IT, or a related field.

- Excellent **English communication skills**, both written and verbal.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving ability.

- Good understanding of business processes and logical thinking.

- Ability to understand complex requirements and explain them clearly.

- Strong **business thinking and growth mindset**.

- Good research and documentation skills.

- Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical teams.

- Basic understanding of software development processes is preferred.

- Familiarity with tools such as **MS Excel, Google Sheets, Jira, Trello, or similar tools** is a plus.

- Knowledge of **BRD, FRD, User Stories, Use Cases, Flowcharts, and Agile/Scrum** will be an advantage.

- Candidates should be proactive, detail-oriented, responsible, and willing to learn.
