We are seeking a Deputy Manager– Product Management to drive digital and compliant product solutions for retirement and long-term savings products. The role requires strong BFSI product experience and a regulatory mindset. Prior NPS experience is desirable but not mandatory. Candidates with exposure to regulated financial products and strong execution capability are encouraged to apply.
What does the job entail?
• Own the end-to-end product lifecycle from concept to launch and enhancements • Define product roadmap aligned with business objectives, customer needs, and regulatory requirements • Translate regulatory guidelines, business requirements, and operational needs into functional specifications, PRDs, and user stories • Work closely with Technology, Operations, Compliance, Legal, and Risk teams to deliver compliant and scalable solutions • Design and improve digital customer and partner journeys across onboarding, transactions,
servicing, and reporting • Drive straight-through processing (STP), reduce manual interventions, and improve turnaround times • Support UAT, go-live readiness, and post-implementation issue resolution • Track key product metrics and use data insights to drive prioritization
Work Experience
5-7 years of experience in the product management / business solutions roles.
Essential Qualification
Graduate / Post Graduate.
Preferred Skills
Hands-on experience with PRDs, user stories, and Agile or hybrid delivery models o Behavioural Traits: Entrepreneurial, high ownership, execution focused and comfortable operating in ambiguity. o Excellent stakeholder management, documentation, and communication skills o Valuable problem-solving and communication skills
