Position: Purchase Assistant
Experience: 2–3 Years

Job Description:

- Assist the Purchase Manager in daily procurement activities.
- Source materials, suppliers, and quotations for construction requirements.
- Prepare Purchase Orders (PO) and follow up with suppliers.
- Coordinate with suppliers for material availability, pricing, and delivery.
- Maintain purchase records, invoices, quotations, and supplier details.
- Coordinate with Site, Store, Accounts, and Project teams.
- Follow up on pending materials and ensure timely delivery to project sites.
- Support vendor comparison and negotiation activities.
- Maintain proper documentation of all purchase transactions.

Candidate Requirements:





- 2–3 years of experience in Purchase/Procurement in Civil & Construction industry.
- Knowledge of construction materials and purchasing procedures.
- Positive communication and coordination skills.
- Tamil, Kannada, and English language skills preferred.
- Tamil Nadu candidates are welcome to apply.
- Preferred Locations: Coimbatore, Salem, Chennai, Erode & Tiruppur

Education : Any Degree, Diploma in Civil, or BE civil
