Job Profile : Healthcare Dispatcher (HD) is a front office role at hospitals associated with SPERO for providing home healthcare services to its patient. This role has involved direct communication with customers / patients & their family members. Being HD your role is to ensure proper information to be passed on to them and aware them about SPERO services and its availing options.

Roles and Responsibilities :

· To handle enquiries received from customers walking, over call & web application,

· To manage and overlook attendance of professionals for assuring availabilities,

· To coordinate with Professionals for availability checking and updating status,

· To make follow ups with patients and professionals for services completions,

· To handle billing end to end billing process,





· To make service calls for collecting Feedback from Patients or from there family members,

· To coordinate with Patient & Consultant before – during services allocations or assessments,

· To assure timely payments from patients & make necessarily follow up calls, messages & mails,

· To attend and conduct Training organised for HHC Applications & Processes.

· To perform allocated Administrative Task by supervisor,

· To participate in events organised / scheduled by Head Office for employees,

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
