About the Role

We are looking for a Product Owner to join our team and take ownership of product requirements, backlog management, and coordination between business and technical teams. The ideal candidate should have good knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and strong communication and analytical skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Gather and understand business and customer requirements.
- Create and manage user stories, acceptance criteria, BRDs/PRDs and product documentation.
- Prioritize and maintain the product backlog based on business value.
- Work closely with developers, QA, designers, and stakeholders.
- Coordinate sprint planning, reviews, and other Agile ceremonies.
- Track product development progress using tools such as Jira.
- Communicate requirements clearly to the technical team.
- Collect feedback from stakeholders and customers and convert it into product improvements.
- Monitor product performance and identify opportunities for enhancement.
- Ensure features are delivered according to business requirements and timelines.

Requirements

- 1+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, Associate Product Owner, or similar role.




- Good understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies.
- Experience working with Jira or similar project management tools.
- Strong requirement gathering and documentation skills.
- Good understanding of user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Basic knowledge of SQL is an advantage.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
