We are looking for an experienced and results-oriented Operations Manager to oversee day-to-day business operations, improve operational efficiency, manage teams, and ensure that company processes are executed smoothly and effectively. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership, problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and oversee daily operational activities to ensure smooth and effective business operations.
- Develop, implement, and improve operational policies, procedures, and processes.
- Lead, supervise, and motivate operational teams to achieve business objectives.
- Monitor employee performance and ensure adherence to company policies and standards.
- Plan and allocate resources effectively to meet operational requirements.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), productivity, costs, and service quality.
- Identify operational issues and implement timely corrective and preventive actions.
- Coordinate with management and other departments to ensure effective workflow and communication.




- Manage vendor, supplier, and service-provider relationships where applicable.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, statutory requirements, health and safety standards, and industry regulations.
- Prepare regular operational reports and provide performance updates to senior management.
- Identify opportunities for cost reduction, process improvement, and increased productivity.
- Handle customer or client escalations related to operational issues and ensure timely resolution.
- Support recruitment, training, onboarding, and development of operational staff.
- Maintain proper documentation, records, and operational controls.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
