Job Overview

We are looking for a motivated and confident Telecaller to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, communicating with potential customers, understanding their requirements, explaining our products and services, and generating qualified leads.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
- Introduce and explain company products and services clearly.
- Identify customer requirements and provide suitable information.
- Generate and qualify leads through telephone calls.
- Follow up with interested customers and maintain regular communication.
- Schedule appointments or product demonstrations for the sales team.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and customer interactions.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and lead-generation targets.




- Handle customer questions and provide professional responses.
- Coordinate with the sales team to convert qualified leads into customers.

Requirements

- Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
- Malayalam and English communication skills are preferred.
- Hindi proficiency will be an added advantage.
- Confident and positive attitude.
- Basic knowledge of computers and MS Office/CRM tools.
- Ability to handle targets and work in a fast-paced environment.
