Responsibilities:

- - Manage end-to-end delivery of AI projects, ensuring adherence to scope.
- Oversee client engagements, fostering robust relationships and communication.
- Drive resolution of Incident & Escalation Management promptly.
- Ensure project deliverables align with AI ROI objectives and client expectations.
- Demonstrate full ownership of project outcomes and team performance.
- Proactively identify and implement process improvements with a seeker mindset.
- Contribute to the success of managed services engagements.
