Executive - R&D;

Purpose of the Position (Job Summary)

To support the development, testing, optimization with responsibility for laboratory development, field trials, application support and technical troubleshooting.

Key Individual Accountabilities

A. Product & Formulation Development

1. Develop new formulations for a complete range of floor coating products.

2. Develop customized floor coating systems for different types of floors and application requirements.

3. Conduct laboratory and field/application trials to validate product performance.

4. Evaluate and analyze different raw materials for floor coating applications.

B. Technical Services & Field Support

1. Conduct trials at customer/project sites and provide technical support during application.

2. Diagnose application-related problems and provide effective troubleshooting solutions.

3. Visit customer sites for product trials, technical evaluation and troubleshooting.

4. Provide technical guidance and training to applicators, contractors and other relevant stakeholders.

5. Document field observations, trial results and recommendations and communicate them to the relevant internal teams

Technical & Behavioral Skills & Knowledge





- Good communication skills & Valuable knowledge of chemistry and understanding of different types of floor surfaces.
- Working knowledge of cement curing systems, assessment of floor conditions, floor repair, concrete curing and surface conditioning.
- Hands-on experience in developing floor coating formulations
- Knowledge and experience with different flooring applications, including industrial, office and load-bearing floors.
- Experience in laboratory testing and evaluation of floor coating products.
- Experience in conducting product/application trials at customer and project sites.
- Experience in application-related troubleshooting and providing technical solutions.
- Understanding of raw materials used in floor coating formulations and their functional characteristics.
