Role Description This is a full-time, on-site HR Executive role focused on pharma recruitment, based in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region, with a minimum of 1 year of recruitment experience and a CTC of ₹3.6 LPA. The HR Executive will handle end-to-end recruitment for pharmaceutical positions, including sourcing candidates, screening resumes, conducting telephonic and in-person interviews, and coordinating selection processes with hiring managers.



The role includes managing candidate pipelines, maintaining recruitment trackers, and ensuring timely communication and a positive candidate experience. Day-to-day responsibilities also involve supporting HR operations such as onboarding, documentation, and basic employee queries, while adhering to company HR policies and compliance requirements. The HR Executive will collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand manpower needs, contribute to employer branding initiatives, and help strengthen the talent acquisition function.
Qualifications
• Solid Human Resources (HR) foundation with practical exposure to HR Management in a corporate or pharmaceutical environment.
• Hands-on experience in HR Operations, including recruitment coordination, onboarding, documentation, and basic HR administration.
