Role Description The Area Sales Manager at Urban Money will lead and drive sales activities within the Rajkot region, focusing on loan and mortgage products. This full time, on-site role involves managing and mentoring a local sales team, setting and tracking sales targets,



and ensuring consistent achievement of business objectives. The role includes building and maintaining relationships with customers, lender partners, and local stakeholders, while ensuring high-quality advisory services and customer satisfaction. The Area Sales Manager will monitor market trends, identify new business opportunities, and implement strategies to increase market share in the assigned territory. Daily responsibilities also include reviewing performance reports, coordinating with internal operations teams for smooth loan processing, and ensuring adherence to company policies and regulatory guidelines.
