Role Description The Event Coordinator at Startup Story® is a full-time, on-site role based in New Delhi. This role is responsible for planning, organizing, and executing events that feature startup stories, including panel discussions, networking sessions, workshops, and community meetups. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating event logistics,



managing timelines and budgets, liaising with venues and vendors, and overseeing registration and attendee communication. The Event Coordinator will work closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth operations, engaging programming, and a positive experience for speakers, sponsors, and participants. The role also involves on-site event supervision, troubleshooting, post-event reporting, and gathering feedback to continuously improve future events.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess robust Event Planning and Event Management skills, including the ability to coordinate logistics, schedules, and resources.
