Role Description The Franchise Executive – Solar will manage and grow Helium Solar’s franchise network, focusing on partner acquisition, onboarding,



and performance management in the Kanpur region. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Kanpur, involving regular visits to franchise locations and client sites. Day-to-day responsibilities include identifying prospective franchise partners, explaining Helium Solar’s business model and solutions, supporting franchise setup, and ensuring compliance with brand and technical standards. The role also includes coordinating with internal engineering, sales, and operations teams to support franchise projects, tracking sales targets, and preparing reports on franchise performance and market developments. The Franchise Executive will build robust relationships with franchise owners, provide training on products and processes, and help drive local marketing and lead generation activities.
